As the UK’s largest healthcare charity, Nuffield Health is on a mission to build a healthier nation through its hospitals, fitness & wellbeing clubs, healthcare clinics and wellbeing services.

With 37 award-winning hospitals and 114 fitness & wellbeing clubs, the brand needed a partner to support their planned growth and expansion. Acquiring Aspen Healthcare in 2022, Nuffield Health needed support to increase patient enquiries and appointments for their private healthcare services in these locations. Having previously worked with Aspen Healthcare we were excited to continue this challenge.

Working with such a reputable brand with clear values, USPs and messaging, we knew that key to a successful strategy would be to understand the healthcare services and target audiences.

Deep-diving into the patient journey, the target audiences for different services, and competitor analysis, we knew that paid media campaigns would enable effective targeting and increase enquiries, as they had done for Aspen before.

Tackling a full PPC channel audit, we optimised accounts and messaging for Nuffield’s rebrand of the accounts.

Pooling our knowledge, research and creativity we developed new campaigns for Nuffield, focused on key high value services that would increase patient enquiries and appointments.
