Google has announced the sunsetting of Universal Analytics/Google Analytics 3 in favour of GA4
In June 2023 (less than 18 months away), data will no longer be processed in Universal Analytics. Instead, Google will be offering Google Analytics 4 as the go-to digital marketing analytics platform.
Google Analytics is a essential tool on our belt. At Fox&Bear, we use this platform to monitor, optimise and evaluate our clients’ campaigns.
To minimise disruption to our clients, and to maximise the use of this new solution, we are starting work now to bring GA4 to all of our clients.
- By June 2022, we will be ensuring all of our clients have working GA4 accounts, with like-for-like conversion tracking.
- By September 2022, GA4 will be our primary source of analytics data for all of our clients.
- By December 2022, all of our Google Data Studio reports will use GA4 exclusively.
If you’re already a client…
Many of our clients already have GA4 set up, collecting data and ready to use. If you can’t see a GA4 property in your account, a member of our team will be in touch about your GA4 set up! If you have any questions, be sure to ask your account manager, or call 01273 208 913.
