With more than 30 years’ experience under their belts, Sight & Sound needed an experienced branding partner to deliver a fresh brand, a new website that focused on driving conversions, and engaging campaigns to increase appointments.

We spent time discovering as much as we possibly could about the business, their target customers, their current audience demographics, and the team’s ambition for the future. We deep dived into the target audiences to create brand personas, so that every future step of the process, had defined audiences in mind.
Brand Concept Creation
With this knowledge in mind, we put together our initial brand ideas including logo designs, colour schemes, fonts and imagery. Using our retail experience and our insight into the brand’s desired customers, we created an eye-catching brand with a fresh look and feel.
A lot comes into play when designing a website. We focused our time on ensuring that user-experience was seamless, the website was mobile-friendly, and that the site engaged with our target audiences. We created a clear navigation, an up-to-date look and feel, and targeted call to actions that would ultimately drive engagement.
With the design signed off, we worked to develop the website, ensuring that tracking, integrations, and optimisations for search engines were all in place before going live.
With a shiny new website up and running, our experienced marketing team sprang into action to ensure that our target audiences were visiting the website and increasing conversions. Our ongoing services include search engine optimisation and paid search campaigns.
During development of the new website, we supported with the CMS set up and optimisation to ensure the technical foundations were in place for long-term SEO success. Redirect mapping was completed to minimise loss in SEO visibility and traffic, and robust tracking was set up via Google Tag Manager. After a final thorough check, the site launched, Google was notified of the new URLs and Google Analytics goals were reconfigured. The store’s branded profiles on social media, Google My Business and Bing Places were updated to ensure a seamless online customer experience.
